Welcome to my website.  This site is intended  as a medium to display, discuss and promote my artwork.

  I have always been fascinated by light.   What interests me is the relationship between light, atmosphere and surface. Light often influences our daily lives, determining the way we feel or act.  No where is this more dominant than our ancient monuments such as stone circles, cathedrals, temples and pylons. Light was appreciated as the source of all life amongst the ancients.

My own work encompasses these themes within a more contemporary context by drawing influences such as Judd, Flavin, Tyrell and Monet. Through minimalist influence I have removed all forms of iconography and thus allowed the light to speak for itself.

My work is intended as a physical and visual experimentation into the relationship between light, colour, atmosphere and space.
